If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return or replacement policy, subject to the conditions outlined below. This policy applies only under specific circumstances and is subject to verification and approval.
Eligibility Criteria for Return and Replacement :
A product is eligible for return or replacement if the request is made within 7 days of receiving the product, and the product is found to be damaged, defective, incomplete (such as missing parts), or incorrect. The item must be in its original, unused condition, including all packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories. Additionally, customers must provide visual proof (e.g., photographs or videos) clearly showing the issue. Requests that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
Replacement Process :
If a product meets the eligibility criteria, customers should contact our support team with their order ID, a clear description of the issue, and supporting images or videos. Once the issue is verified, we may arrange for a pickup or request the customer to ship the item back. If the product is found to be eligible after inspection, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Return and Refund Process :
In cases where a replacement is not possible due to product unavailability or customer preference, a refund will be initiated. The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days after the returned product passes inspection. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers will be required to provide bank account details for the refund.
Non-Returnable Items :
The following items are non-returnable:
- Products that have been used, mishandled, or damaged after delivery.
- Customized or personalized items made according to customer specifications.
- Items clearly marked as “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
- Digital or downloadable products, where applicable.
Please note that customers should avoid attempting to repair or alter the product themselves, as this will void the eligibility for return or replacement.
Additional Terms and Conditions :
We do not accept return requests based on reasons such as “changed my mind”, “no longer needed”, or “ordered by mistake” unless the item is unused and unopened. Only one return or replacement is allowed per product. Mera SATHi AgroTech reserves the right to accept or reject any return or replacement request after a thorough inspection. All products must be securely packaged for return to prevent transit damage. Mera SATHi AgroTech is not responsible for any damage caused by improper packaging during the return process.
